Start your Morning the right way: Our immune system is vulnerable in the morning after we wake up due to the influence of elevated stress hormone because of overnight fasting while sleep. That is why a right breakfast is so important to jump start the immune system right away from the morning. Make a healthy smoothie using this formula 👉 1+2+1+ VCO. 1 serving (200-300 ml) of liquid base such as milk / soy milk / coconut water. 2 servings of fruit.
